Very, very good. 8.0/10. B+. Worth seeing at the theatre.
PROS: Improvement over first: writing, characters, acting, action, direction, visual effects.
Exhilarating and vastly well-directed action, characters that get depth, well-written events, and very good acting in a very enjoyable movie that has a bit of a message of our government.
CONS: Minor flaws with script: very unrealistic things, some bad lines.
