Review of X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009) by Brian M — 21 Dec 2013
This has got to be one of the most pathetic movies Marvel had to offer. With dialougue so silly and stupid and with the story so bland, why even bother to watch this movie. You might as well watch Hugh Jackman jacked up on steroids and have him told his acting days are over.
Geez, should people even bother watch this? No! The action (what little of it there is) was so bland, it was like cardboard. And the nonstop screaming from Hugh Jackman made you wonder if his vical cords popped out during the set like his veins had done in the movie.
And his name's origin was so lame and lazy. I mean come on. The only reason why they call him Wolverine was because of some stupid Indian story? Dammit! And Deadpool. Poor guy, they shut him up and had some hotshot play him.
Nice job Ryan for watering down one of the most uncontrollable characters in Marvel. With a story so unfaithful to the actual origin and to us fans, this movie deserves to be hated on.
