Review of X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009) by Nathan C — 13 Mar 2014
X-Men Origins - Wolverine is a fresh change up compared to X-Men 2 & 3, yet lacks the depth of emotion that an exceptional movie delivers. While it is generally enjoyable to see the beginning and growth of a superhero, the movie is greatly hindered by cliches and all around annoying supporting casts (superheroes).
For X-Men to truly regain its popularity, Marvel needs to take the characters more seriously and make them more relatable to the viewers. While the movie was entertaining, it certainly isn't breaking enough new grounds to keep my interest.
