Review of X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009) by Chris B — 16 May 2014
"X-Men Origins: Wolverine" is a terrible spin-off of the X-Men series, but it is watchable. Hugh Jackman does a fantastic job as the Wolverine, while some of the cast did what they have to do.
The music and the action in this movie are not bad. The story isn't well told, and I wish that the script could use some rewrites before this movie got made. The special effects are poor, the time frame is messed up and it does have some plot holes.
I rather watch the other Wolverine movie than this. The movie is watchable, but still terrible. Overall, skip it. If you are curious, then I should suggest rent it before buying it on DVD or Blu-Ray.
