Review of X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014) by Liam C — 29 Jan 2015
A solid effort but doesn't seem to live up to all the rave reviews. This is a reboot that reimagines the Nixon years as the sequel to the first alternative history X-Men movie that took place during the JFK years.
Wolverine is sent back to prevent the End of Mutants future that would otherwise occur. All the elements are in place but perhaps my expectations are higher after all the excellent Avengers films.
