Review of X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014) by Dan M — 25 May 2016

I loved this movie so much. From the opening of the movie hearing that awesome theme song, to the heartfelt ending that sets us up for a fantastic future of superhero movies, all I could think about was how happy I was to see a new Bryan Singer X-men movie.

I like how there was more focus on other characters other than Wolverine. Quicksilver, Professor X, and Mystique are the shining stars of this movie. It takes everything I loved from X-men 2 and First Class and creates an exciting time travel adventure that is intense from beginning to end.

Not because of all of the fantastic action sequences, but because of the story and well done scenes and greatly set up story presented here. The acting, the drama, and anything else you wanted from the movie is here, and it's satisfying to see the return of the great X Men Series.
