Serving as a Sequel, Prequel, and Reboot, X-Men: Days of Future past is not only a great superhero movie, but it is a breath of fresh air for the franchise that manages to fix mistakes from past installments.
Well paced, tightly written, and for the most part well acted, this is a movie that could have easily been a giant mess, but instead is pulled off beautifully.
