Review of X-Men: Apocalypse (2016) by Jason C — 05 Nov 2016

Reasonably acceptable movie. It really could use some improvements. Lots of details were included in the movie that could easily be missed. Olivia Munn didn't quite seem to have the body to play Psylocke.

Apocalypse himself was somewhat shallow of a character. Jennifer Lawrence and Sophie Turner pulled out performances that showed their skill as actresses. It was just kind of an average X-Men movie and won't be the memorable movie in the series.
