Review of X-Men: Apocalypse (2016) by Arlene M — 13 Mar 2017

The first one was a bored, but I forced myself to not play on my smartphone.

The second one was a snore, I fell asleep five times that I woke up at the ending credits.

But the third was spectacular!

After reading all the negative reviews from critics and viewers, all I have to say is 'to each their own.'.

I was completely mesmerized by the story, the on-screen partnership from the entire cast, and the stunning special effects.

I can see how some hardcore fanboys and fangirls can over-think the whole film and slam on Bryan Singer's outlandish theatrics with Marvel Comics, but this film was the best by far!

I wasn't bored and turned off at all. I will definitely be watching again!
