Review of X-Men: Apocalypse (2016) by Ssparker7 — 28 May 2016

I had read the negative critics' reviews before I went to see X-Men Apocalypse, and I was hoping that they were somehow wrong. Boy, were they ever! I base my evaluation of a super-hero flick on how many times I will see it while it is still in the theater. I will be back to see this one at least a couple more times.

This is a very enjoyable, action-packed movie that also does some decent character development and relationship building. I was especially pleased with the way the film ended and the team it put in place for future sequels. Don't believe the negative press. This is a good (not quite great - I gave it a 9 out of 10) film, well worth seeing.
