Review of Wyatt Earp (1994) by Nick L — 17 Feb 2008
All I can say is that Costner focusses on detail. He likes to show a full bodied view of things. This movie emphasized the historical events and views of the time and the entirety of Earp's life. That said, I think it is unfair to realy compare the movie to 'Tombstone'.
I absolutely love 'Tombstone', however it is a much more dramatized and quick paced film devoted to action. Not history.
