Review of Wyatt Earp (1994) by Matthew H — 24 Aug 2012
While not as colorful or engaging as the brilliant' Tombstone', this is still a worthy biopic and a great film. Costner is not as intense as Kurt Russell in the title role, but does well. It is a little too long and unfocused, and the climax fizzles and the last scene is pure cheese.
But there are still plenty of good scenes and characters for those who love Westerns and history.
