Review of Wuthering Heights (1992) by Kylie B — 31 May 2007
They tried their best, but it's just not good enough sadly. Ending is lame, and Ralph doesn't really quite cut it as the dark and brooding Heathcliff.
Although I did like them including Bronte herself at the begining, it was rather original. Saying that, I did watch this directly after reading the fantastic book, so if I were to watch it as a stand-alone I might rate it less harshly. And at least this version follows throught the whole plot, not cutting off halfway through like the black and white version.
