Review of Wuthering Heights (1992) by Viviana M — 21 Nov 2008
All in all, a good adaptation of a tormented novel. Ralph Fiennes's performance is intense and his portrait of heathcliff is just perfect. Juliette Binoche seems too naive and giggling for Cathy, but her horrible numeorus wigs don't help her at all.
For those who understand love's not necessarily a good, positive force, it can destroy and hurt, and if you let him, it certainly will....
