Review of Wuthering Heights (1992) by Chara S — 26 Feb 2011
I've never read the book that this is based on, nor have I ever read a romance novel, but somehow this is what I imagine one being like. I often hear the character of Heathcliff referred to in rather dreamy-romantic tones, but found him to be altogether despicable.
This production was nicely filmed, but felt a bit hollow in substance.
