Review of Wrongfully Accused (1998) by Zachary R — 26 May 2013

This is another great laugh out loud film that makes me sad that a great actor like Leslie Nielsen died. Wrongfully Accused had everything with spoofing the cop adventure drama's like the Fugitive, Patriot Games, and many more other good movies.

In this film Nielsen plays a violinist by the name of Ryan Harrison who is framed for a man's murder by a one armed, one legged, one eyed man...(for those of you who have not seen this film no joke it is that long.

). But once this happens he must set out to prove his innocence by finding out the people who framed him. While Harrison is trying to figure all this out he is being chased by a perfectionist cop named Lt.

Fergus Falls, played by Richard Crenna, who will do nothing to bring Ryan Harrison back to prison after Harrison makes an unlikely escape from the a train that follows him and then tries to kill him itself, (yes you heard it from my mouth the train is sentient) during all of this though he runs into more hilarious problems that will leave you laughing.

All the while that this leads up to an assassination attempt of the British Prime Minister. This is a funny film and I suggest you check it out if you are: like me, a die hard Leslie Nielsen fan. 10 out of 10.
