Review of Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead (2009) by Gray S — 30 Apr 2011
Hmm I see a lot of negative feedback about this movie which is categorized as horror..the storyline is about a group of college kids rafting in the Bluefish River area; suddenly they are attacked by the mutant cannibal hillbilly Three Finger.
Only one of them succeeds in escaping running through the woods. Meanwhile, a group of dangerous criminals are transported from the West Virginia Grafton Penitentiary in a custody bus escorted by security guards through the backwoods.
When they park in a rest stop in a police station, Sheriff Carver is informed about the missing teenagers. The bus driver heads to their destination with the guards and the prisoners but a tow truck driven by Three Finger hits the bus that falls off the road.
Now everyone is a target for these mutant cannibals! Can a group of vicious felons and security guards survive the night in the woods against this horribly deformed cannibal? You will have to watch. I must warn you the death scenes were gory and very violent.
But since I adhere to my rules for watching this type of movie I was not scared but felt the tension while watching! You will be on the edge of your seat watching Wrong Turn 3.
