Wrong Turn 3: Left For Dead is a terrible addition to the Wrong Turn series. It has bad acting, a bad plot, and the gore just doesn't really come like it did for Wrong Turn and Wrong Turn 2: Dead End.
The only gorey parts are quick and are either CGI or just really bad special effects make up. Wrong Turn 3 also really doesn't deliver the creepiness it usually has. The only likeable thing about this movie is that someone actually lives, a girl lives unlike the other ones.
Other than that this movie is horrible.
