Yup it's just as incredibly bad as everyone says it is but where I seem to differ is that's exactly why I kinda liked it. It's absolute disregard for any kind of professionalism on every level gives it a special so-bad-it's-good charm. Questionable acting, unrealistic dialogue, cheap CG, uneven gore--it's all here and more.
With this I think it's safe to say the cannibal/mutant subgenre is offically dead.
