Review of Wrong Side of Town (2010) by Cem "Regi" "Pixelmannen" . — 22 Apr 2011

This movie did suck. I mean the plot was complete crap, I mean how the hell does a guy get a bounty on their head for some cocaine addict tripping over on his own butterfly knife, if that's not the worst henchman in a movie I don't know what is.

Also is it irronic for me to say that Rob Van Dam's acting was like watching a bad Jean Claude Van Damme movie? I mean his acting was cheesy and not so great but at least we can understand what he is saying unlike Jean Claude.

Also can I ask why does Batista take up most of the poster for this movie? I mean he wasn't even in it that much where as RVD was almost in the entire movie! It would make more sense for him to be at the front NOT Batista.

And don't even get me started on Ja Rule...I mean wow! His acting in this movie makes his acting in Scary Movie 3 look like a fucking masterpiece! I mean damn! Also the villians are too cliched and the henchman are either douchebags or uninteresting.

Some people say that if you like the macho meat head types, cheesy dialog, fake boobs and if you are a fan of Wrestling then you might be entertained by this movie but the weird thing is I was a pretty big fan of wrestling and I have watched some classic action movies with meat head macho guys, fake boobs and cheesy dialog which did entertain me but this movie didn't entertain me one bit! Oh and the fact David DeFalco directed this is never a good sign.

It's like the LJN logo on every NES game, when you see it you know it's shit. Bottom Line this movie sucked, the acting was bad....esspecially from Batista and Ja Rule, the plot was complete crap and the fact this movie tried to make us all think Batista was the main protagonist when really it was RVD who was the main protagonist.

What a bunch of lies DeFalco!
