Wristcutters: A Love Story is one of the strangest romantic comedies that I've seen in a while. It's about this guy named Zia who at the beginning of the movie kills himself and then he is relegated to spend eternity in a strange limbo that resembles the real world but is more depressing then the real world.

Like nobody can smile in this world. Zia meets an unlikely ally named Eugene who was the frontman for a rock band until he killed himself on stage during a concert. So Zia discovers that his ex girlfriend has killed herself and is in this world so he decides to go around and look or her so Zia and Eugene get in a car and start driving around looking for Desiree when they come upon a hitchhiker named Mikal who is looking for the people in charge because she believes she is in this world by mistake and then weird adventures ensue.

This movie is a lot of fun even if by around the last half it becomes a little predictable and sometimes it can be a little too strange but there's no denying that this is a pretty fun movie with an awesome premise and it's very strange and sometimes strange is a good thing.
