A slow insomnia uh.....its not really a thriller. its about a man in a crashed car trying to figure out what, why, where, and how. Very little happens in this meandering little film. While its effective in its purpose of evoking confused isolated hopelessness.
it makes for a boring film. Its basically think "127 Hours" meets "The Grey" accept no wolfs, featuring a mostly wordless performance (think "Cast Away" or Gerry") by Adrien Brody.
small atempts of occurance are almost completely forgotten or abbandoned (he stumbles upon a cave of bodies...wtf?).
