Review of Wreck-It Ralph (2012) by Peppi K — 12 Oct 2013
Great fun to watch and Disney does it again. A good story with a bad guy wanting to become a good guy. The film is fun and colorful jumping from game to game as the arcade comes alive once the arcade closes and has the older audiences recognizing the games in the arcade and the characters in the bad guys rehab group including browser and egg man. Ralph tries to make a better life for himself but ends up seeing the good in himself with the help of a cute glitch character who wants to do the same giving the film a emotional theme with joyful nostalgia.
The film is suitable for both adults and kids with the mix and also the joy of seeing pac-man and what happens if the game breaks or if you die outside a game. There are also some other twists with a love story between two characters and a some bugs and even a crazy character makes a good story too good to moss no matter how old you are. If you love games you'll love this.
