Review of Wrath of the Titans (2012) by Caesar B — 10 Nov 2013
Despite it being very silly and quite boring it's still worth a watch. What was actually more interesting was reading up on ancient mythology on Wikipedia. It taught me that Kronos (Zeus's father) was actually the son of Gaia and Uranus.
Gaia and/or Uranus (experts disagree) were the spawn of Chaos. Chaos was the state of the universe before all time and space. And that's what blew my mind, that after a couple of thousands of years this notion is still around in popular science as they take us from Cosmogony to The big bang.
Maybe the writers of all those old stories were really on to something, or maybe science is just limited to our own imagination. Well anyway, I might watch this film again some day.
