For what this was, it is worth a watch. Disturbing and thrilling you might have a couple of squeamish moments and never want to attend a dinner theater or play the game Would You Rather ever again after this, but it will give you an uneasy feeling even after it is over.

There is nothing left to the imagination and no shock and surprise, but then again you didn't need it. I am noticing that people are saying they did not appreciate the ending, but being a movie fan I felt it was the only sensible conclusion.
