Review of Would You Rather (2013) by Will L — 06 Aug 2014

A huge disappointment for me. The plot was original and unique but, did not flow nor fit into the movie. There are some things I like in this movie and some things I hate. The things I liked was the decent acting from most of the cast.

I also liked how you care for most of the characters as well and their back stories. The movie was some what intense. Lastly the movie is entertaining. The things I hate about this movie is the over the top acting and personalities of the antagonists like the girl Amy, the host of the game, and the host son.

Please, it's very unnecessary to make all these characters full with hate and no emotion because it doesn't work and their over the top acting was below average. I hate the ending to the movie so much! It was so stupid and I felt robbed from my time after seeing this movie after the ending.

Finally most of the movie was very predictable. This movie had unique ideas to make this horror movie interesting and good but of course they have to pile it up with elements of horror clichés. So of course this will make this a poor, mediocre, stupid film.

Good thing I did not pay for this movie then I would've been more disappointed in the movie. Overall I'm going to give "Would You Rather?" a low C-.
