Review of World's Greatest Dad (2009) by Aaron E — 11 May 2010
A pleasant surprise. World's Greatest Dad is a well-written, well-acted, and funny piece of cinema. It's raunchy at times, endearing in others. Mostly it poignantly satirizes how, sometimes, people are immortalized in death when they really shouldn't be.
My biggest nitpick is that I feel the last ten minutes could go a different route, and that it doesn't end properly, but it's still a decent, unconventional ending and it certainly could be worse.
See this unknown gem!
