Review of World's Greatest Dad (2009) by Mike P — 30 May 2011
This is an odd little black comedy with Robin Williams. Now I am not the biggest Williams fan, he ususally goes from palatable to down right annoying in most stuff. But here he keeps his performance subdued and very likeable.
Worlds Greatest Dad starts out good enough but really runs out of steam half way through. Its really annoying the way his son becomes a martyre for the lost youth. Bobcats direction is good enough and the son is pretty damn funny with his obssession with sex.
This isnt a horrible film at all in fact it was enjoyable enough. I just would waste my time with it again.
