Review of World War Z (2013) by Alex H — 14 Apr 2014
World War Z is a very good action adventure horror directed by Marc Forster. It is a fast paced thriller about Ex- United Nations employee Gerry Lane as he travels the world to find a cure for the zombie pandemic.
Most zombie films have very disjointed story line, but World War Z goes more into the ethics of a zombie apocalypse, which is rare for one in the genre to do. The zombies are very realistic and have a very vicious hunting method, literally throwing themselves at their target prey.
Brad Pitt gives a very solid performance and it is one of the the top films in the genre, a must watch for lovers of zombie films and general thrill seekers alike.
