Review of World War Z (2013) by Zachary G — 12 Jun 2014

I had my hopes down, and it exceeded my expectations. I knew already that this movie played out more like a Bourne movie, globe trotting around the world in search of the zombie cure. That was one of its faults in some ways, but it worked.

I thought the opening was great, it felt like a zombie movie. Then once they started getting into the "story" part of it, it kind of fell off. I feel like the feeling of the beginning should have continued throughout the film, adding in the immense amount of zombies and the damage they can do without the secret agent-ness of it all.
