Fresh and pretty realistic/gritty take on zombies minus a couple details like the infection period being too fast and not spread by anything other than bites. I liked the directing style for most part and some inventive solutions and endings to scenes.

I knew this had to be based on a book bc it was very creative. Very suspenseful and quick starts off right away with shock. While it was intended to be very fast paced I wished it would slow down a little so u could get to know the characters more.

Good acting, style, camera work, etc... Pretty scary not recommended for kids,.
