Review of World War Z (2013) by Andrew T — 10 May 2015
While not following the books historical format, this movie still does a decent job portraying the story from one persons perspective from the start of the outbreak. I wish there could have been a way to incorporate some of the very good side stories from the book, but whatever.
..it is what it is. I did enjoy the story for the most part and the special effects were top notch. The zombies weren't quite as realistic as they could have been. I didn't like how all of them were basically superhuman.
Maybe it's just a personal preference, but I still think slow stupid zombies are the best.
