Review of World Trade Center (2006) by Michael C — 23 Nov 2009
The most tragic event in American history has been used and abused for political gain on both sides, so it's quite a surprise that a politically-charged director like Oliver Stone would tell a restrained, respectful and unslanted story of all the good humanity is capable of in the midst of all the evil humanity can unleash, focusing on the firefighters trapped in the rubble, those who risked their lives to rescue them and the families who felt helpless to do anything.
