Review of World Trade Center (2006) by Nathan B — 10 Jan 2010
Oliver Stone's WTC is a totally neutered, apolitical and badly written film that follows two officers trapped in the rubble and their families (both, redundantly, have pregnant wives). The third (painfully allegorical) storyline is a hyper-religious rural marine who tirelessly searches for survivors and announces that they're at war.
Even the computer reconstruction of the fallen towers is badly done. Awful.
