Review of World Trade Center (2006) by Dain L — 03 Jun 2010
Stone does everything he can to do justice to the real-life people he's depicting, and yet nothing he does can cover up the film's single but overarching weakness: World Trade Center is way too schmaltzy with loads of mistakes in it too.
That quite unforgivable really. Still, its got good acting and is well shot. Not the greatest of films to watch, but due to the fact it is based on one of the most shocking events in recent history makes it compelling viewing.
