Dishonest,taking advantage of your employee is not right & unfair...
In this movie Sigourney(Boss) Melanie the employee(The disadvantage)found themselves as an enemies/career rivals at the end...The boss paid the prized_she lost her top job as a boss.
The lesson to learn from here is what you sow you reap at the end,only is a matter of time.
