Review of Working Girl (2009) by Joel A — 29 May 2010
This film took a little while to get going, but once it did it was enjoyable. I didn't really like Melanie Griffith but the character she played I found enjoyable enough.
Working Girl is great flick for ladies, quite empowering for a female and I like that aspect to it, it shows off what a woman can do if she belives in herself.
Harrison Ford was really good as the love interest, and although not a favourite actress of mine Sigourney Weaver was quite good in her role. A nice 80's chick flick in the concrete jungle, well worth a watch....
