Review of Woody Allen: A Documentary (2011) by Dustin G — 11 Jul 2012
A hell of a documentary for the fan and the casual observer. Woody makes a fascinating subject mainly because he pretty much never does this stuff. Filled to bursting with a smorgasbord of fine clips and interviews.
It definitely made me want to reach back into his filmography and check out the films I haven't seen yet. It's a little early to tell of course, but this will most likely go down as the definitive account of Allen's life and work.
