Review of Woodstock (1970) by Colin O — 07 Jun 2007
The camera work will drive you crazy; it's too long by at least an hour and the film quality ain't great. However, as a definitive picture of the hippie 60s, there is little to beat it. Some classic performances including Joe Cocker, the Who, Hendrix and Crosby Stills & Nash newly formed.
If you're under 40, it might explain what all the fuss was about.
