This movie is based on a true story set in the early to mid 70's in Alabama about a high school football player (Tony Nathan) who went on to play in the major leagues.
We just came back from seeing Woodlawn. I cried buckets of tears. My husband and I wanted the movie to go on and on. There is only ONE WAY, and we, as Christians, need to stand up and SHOUT about it...NOT let others decide for us how we worship, when we worship, where we worship or WHO we worship.
It is our fundamental RIGHT that we believe in God, Jesus Christ as our Savior, and the Holy Spirit working in us, and it is our UNALIENABLE RIGHT to give praise when, where and how we wish to THE ONE who loved us enough to send His only Son to die in our place(s). NEVER let ANYONE tell you any differently.
