A moving and vital look at an American TV icon who had a profound impact on many generations of Americans. This documentary is an intimate and well crafted look into the career of Mister Fred Rogers who espoused kindness and tolerance on his daily children's show.
Rogers trained to be a priest but ventured into television when he thought there was a gap for TV that was respectful and intelligent. His life touched many lives over many years and this excellent film does a great job of showing the impact he had.
