I loved this film. What a wonderful look at the life of a wonderful man. We only watched this when my children were very little, so I didn't realize that he dealt with so many difficult and heavy topics.
His vision was lofty. The sad thing is that overall. I think he failed, to the detriment of all of American society. Makes one wish that a new "Mr. Rogers" would come on the TV scene.
