Review of Won't You Be My Neighbor? (2018) by Joshua M — 24 Aug 2018
Just finished watching "Won't You Be My Neighbor?". I cried almost the entire time. Obviously, I am sad that Mr. Fred Rogers passed several years ago. I believe I cried the most, however, because Mr.
Roger's ideals also seem to be dead, or at least on life support. In a Kardashian, Big Brother, Bachelor "reality TV", consumerism obsessed culture...there seems to be little room for stepping away from the mirror and being obsessed with one's self/possessions to know and love thy neighbor.
It's an incredible movie that I highly recommend. Just don't forget the tissues.
