A brutal, disturbing, highly hypnotic look at the 1981 Wonderland quadruple-murder in LA and the man found at the center of it, John Holmes, the world's first real porn star. The movie follows his life and the various elements ingrained in his daily life that eventually bring him down.
Do yourself a favor, though, and don't watch the LAPD crime video in the Special Features. The actual movie shows admirable restraint in gore and violence, referring more to walls painted red with blood, but the crime scene video shows the actual victims, and it's disgusting.
