Umm, this isn't Akira or GITS, it has some nice CGI work and looks amazing but has very little in the way of plot. I kept getting flashbacks to the 'Mysterious Cities of Gold' for some reason.
I think one of the characters in MCOG was called Ecoban. It's worth renting from Blockbuster, but I'd think twice about buying a copy.
