Review of Wonderful Days (2003) by Rachel S — 09 Mar 2008
Predicable and boring. Halfway through I guessed which characters would die and in what order as well as how the movie would end. Unsurprisingly, I was right. The science behind it was woefully unexplained as was the state of the world, and expecting the audience to 'just swing with it' or to assume what happened still left too much unexplained.
The characters were all underdeveloped, giving the ending an absurd unemotional tinge. It feels unfinished and rushed. Pretty, but that's the only good thing about it.
