Review of Wonder Woman (2017) by Matt L — 18 Jun 2017
The writers do a good job introducing Wonder Woman to non-comic book readers. They provided a nice blend of a worldly yet naive Diana entering London during WWI.
There was a build up of WWs powers and abilities. The slow motion CGI got a little repetitive and 20 minutes of the movie could have been chopped out without losing any plot.
I thought there weren't enough hints as too who Ares really was and what his past was. They kinda made the assumption you read your Greek Mythology in high school.
A good movie overall. Was worth watching in theater.
