Review of Wonder Woman (2017) by Arthur B — 15 Dec 2017
This is the DCEU film we've all been waiting for after the abysmal Batman v Superman and Suicide Squad. Absolutely loved Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, she delivered such a stellar performance. After seeing this film, I developed a huge crush on Gal Gadot.
But besides that, this movie is the only film in the DCEU worth watching, it even rivals most of Marvel's films, just about as good as most of the MCU. Though the CGI is a bit clunky, the romance between Diana Prince and Steve Trevor wasn't necessary, and the villain is quite underwhelming, Wonder Woman was such an amazing joy to watch.
The action is top-notch, especially when Wonder Woman advances through the No Man's Land. The humor is fitting and balances out with the serious subject matter.
