Review of Wonder Woman (2017) by Foolish_Mortal — 02 Jun 2017

Gal Gadot plays the part really well and she's an enjoyable character to root for, self-confident but also utterly naive. I could have watched a lot more of the fish out of water comedy stuff. The usual pattern with these things is the setup is the fun part and the climatic fight scenes a bit tedious - so it is here too, but I did like the scenes showing her defensive fighting style, crouching behind her shield while getting battered by machine gun fire.

I rate this movie "Above Average".
