It is a good movie with some bad points.

The good:
The actors are good, Gal Gadot is great as the innocent Wonder Woman just coming into her own. Chris Pine is a good counterpoint of flawed man trying to do the right thing. The minor characters are good for the most part. Visually it is a good looking movie. The chemistry between the characters is great and there is some believable relationship development.
There are some good scenes but a good number of them are ruined if you have seen the trailer. The bad:
The actors of the villains are poorly cast and distract too much because of their past roles or just not fitting the character mainly Ares is fully miscast (I like the actor but not in this role). CGI is too noticeable and detracts at times. The war setting scenes are a bit of a failure, they feel hollow and unrealistic. The heroes mostly walk to the villains with little opposition. One of the scenes where the evil general does something so bad and does not face any consequences or resistance is just laughable. The final fight is just a boring mess of CGI and cliches. The decisions made attempt to appear like the characters actually use logic and fail; they are ultimately done for effect not for reason.
The story is just too simple and hollow.
Better than BvS but not by much.
